I have been assigned task to come up with wireless network design which will use Mikrotik Equipment. As part of design and planning, I need to come up with a Link Budget Calculation. Unfortunately I am new to this Equipment. My questions are as follows:
[1] Using Mikrotik 2.4GHz (RB/OM19) equipment on both sides of the link, what is the
maximum possible achievable distance between the two ends.
[2]Using 2.4GHz can I have distance of as far as 40 Km
[3] What is receive sensitivity of this equipment

Asking what the max distance is a bit of a loaded question. How reliable does the link have to be ? and at what data rates need to be delivered? You can do a 40k with most 200mw cards, and 24db dish, at the lowest through put, the higher trough put levels will work most of the time. Personly I would use a 3 or even a 4 foot dish for a link like that if it is important and any reasonable data rate is requried. Your biggest issue is you will need over 30 meters height at each end just to deal with earth curve. As you most likely have hills and trees to consider you may require 45m to 60m or more for the link to work at 40km.

Radio card spec can be found on the manufactures sites.
