Bandwidth Usage per user in Router OS

hi all, I want to ask the question that is it possible that i can monitor the Bandwidth Usage per user in Router OS or not, like in ISA server with Bandwidth Splitter.
If it is possible, please tell me

I use FreeRADIUS to track user bandwidth. The accounting function sends user bandwidth usage reports to the RADIUS server every 10 minutes.

I don't have idea of FreeRADIUS.......can you guide me step by step...........i am sure it will help me as well as many other users.

Whew!! Beside the fact a lot of it is kinda off topic, it could be a semester college course.
May I suggest starting at
http://www.freeradius.org
You might also consider User Manager. That is a RADIUS package offered by Mikrotik. I don't use it, but it must track user bandwidth. Someone correct me if I am wrong about that.

You mean, I can use the build-in Manager of MikroTIK to track the bandwidth usage????????

I don't use User Manager commercially, but I have it installed on my test router. Anything that might go wrong gets tested there first!
Yes. It tracks user bandwidth. It should be under the "Sessions" tab. Then select the user.

can freeradius and or user manager send traffic reports via email to user(S)
