Your log shows that you are not allowed to connect to the specific mac address outlined in red due to an entry in the connect-list.
Please post "/interface wireless connect-list print".

Try disabling rule 3 in your connect-list. You still have "default-authentication=yes" on that interface, so it should connect without an entry in the connect-list.

ADD: Is this a wds bridge connection? The station has wds-mode=dynamic. Is the AP set for wds?

I see you posted the security profile above. It appears you have too much selected. Only one type of security should be selected. Check your ap and see what it uses. It should use only one type of security. Then match that in this station.

i have Tried disabling rule 3 in my connect-list, but it's also not working. my network card is not wds bridge connection, i have changed wds-mode=disable, it's not a AP, just a station to connect to my neighbore's wireless. i changed my profile to just one type.
1. i disable connect-list, it's not working
2. i disable default-authentication=yes, but enable connect-list rule 3, it's also not working
help me brother. i don't know what's wrong with my ros, i can use many computers and phone connect to my neighbor's wifi.

Does the neighbor's wifi ap have wpa2-psk set as the security setting? Same wpa2 key? If the key doesn't match, no connection.

The only thing I see that is different is the "caps 0x31" value for that AP in your log. Mine show "caps 0x421". The rest of yours show "caps 0x431". I have requested that info from support, but it may be a couple days since it is the weekend.

Anyone else know what that means, and how to decode that hex number?

Otherwise, I am out of ideas.

Your posts are conflicting also, so it is difficult to tell what your current setup is. One post:
[admin@MikroTik] /interface wireless> pri
Flags: X - disabled, R - running
0 ;;; Inside
name="AccessPoint" mtu=1480 mac-address=00:0A:EB:A2:3F:89 arp=enabled
interface-type=Atheros AR5212 mode=station ssid="ChinaNet-vhu3" frequency=2447
band=2ghz-b/g channel-width=20mhz scan-list=default wireless-protocol=any
antenna-mode=ant-a wds-mode=dynamic wds-default-bridge=none wds-ignore-ssid=no
bridge-mode=enabled default-authentication=yes default-forwarding=yes
default-ap-tx-limit=0 default-client-tx-limit=0 hide-ssid=no
security-profile=ChinaNet-vhu3 compression=no
Then a couple posts later:
[admin@MikroTik] /interface wireless> pri
Flags: X - disabled, R - running
0 ;;; Inside
name="AccessPoint" mtu=1500 mac-address=00:0A:EB:A2:3F:89 arp=enabled
interface-type=Atheros AR5212 mode=station ssid="MikroTik"
frequency=2412 band=2ghz-b channel-width=20mhz scan-list=default
wireless-protocol=unspecified antenna-mode=ant-a wds-mode=disabled
wds-default-bridge=none wds-ignore-ssid=no bridge-mode=enabled
default-authentication=yes default-forwarding=yes default-ap-tx-limit=0
default-client-tx-limit=0 hide-ssid=no security-profile=default
compression=no
The second one was not going to connect to the ChinaNet AP. Wrong ssid and security profile.

I see you have "wds-mode=dynamic" in the station. Is the ap using wds also? If not,
/interface wireless
set 0 wds-mode=disabled
ADD: You shouldn't even have to look at the ap about the wds setting. Did you set up wds when you connected with the Windows computers? Did you change the mtu setting there also?

I don't know the brand of AP, but you might want to check the log on that unit. Maybe something there.

I think you should start over with that router.
/system reset
Then set only what you need. Just the basics.

/interface wireless (band and ssid only)
/interface wireless security-profiles (wpa2-psk and aes only)
/ip dhcp-client

Once you get the connection established, then continue from there.
If you can connect with a Windoze computer, this should not be that difficult.

"failed to join" is usually due to an invalid key. The AP is wpa2-psk, and not wpa-psk, correct? That key is case sensitive.

If that isn't it, maybe someone else will see something I don't see.
