Is it possible that usermanager gives ip addreses from dhcp pool, where can i defined it.
How can I centralize ip addreses assigment process for users in userManager?

I know about this way:
/ tool user-manager router add subscriber=MikroTik ip-address=x.x.x.x shared-secret=123456,
but i have not important what address user receives.

Question is how can i assign ip address from address-pool?

You can use either "IP Address" or "Pool Name" in the "User" section of User Manager. Select the User tab, click on the user name, then enter either the ip address or the ip pool in the appropriate entry. If you use "pool name", the pool must exist in the router in "/ip pool". Click "Save" and you are good to go.

This does not change the ip on the client device. Only the hotspot "to-address" in "/ip hotspot host".

There is not such item "Pool Name" under the "User > Constraints" section of User Manager.
There is only "IP Address" item and it doesn't support to point out pool name.

What version are you using? This is a screenshot of User Manager User entry with V4.17.
