Search the forums. I believe that people have been having problems due to power issues. I know this has been talked about, but haven't been following the thread. I don't use SR2/SR5 cards.

The system will handle up to three 'SR' cards, but in my personal experience more than one SR2 at full power in a single enclosure will have severe cross-talk issues, even on channels 1/11. I personally haven't tried multiple SR5's in the same chassis. I'd guess there could be a crosstalk with the american '5.8' allocation (only 100mhz wide) but you may be able to use 2-3 in the european bandplan...
SR2/5's draw 1.3A@3.3v on full-power transmit, the RB500 can supply up to 4.5A@3.3v.
At full load I'd estimate you'd need at least a 20 watt power supply, preferably 24v or higher (higher voltage will greatly help with long POE runs) if you actually expect to draw that much current.

I would really like to use an sr2 and sr5 in on the same 532. I have a 48v .35a power 802.11af compliant injector.

This would save me $600 on my tower upgrades. Any thoughts on that?

I have an RB532 running an SR2 and SR5. It works great. I am using an 18Volt, 2a power supply. I am not sure whether yours will have enough juice or not. You might want to get one with more wattage. Yours is only putting out 16 watts.

I have a node using a RB532 with two SR5s on full power. I use the same 48v power over ethernet injector, great for long runs as you don't get as much voltage drop. This setup draws something very close to 16W so I am aware there isn't much room using those power supplies but it does seem to go fine.

I've got two SR5s on RB532 at 200 feet. POE 48V supply. It has been working fine so far.

I've got one SR5 on full power on RB532 at 210 feet. POE 12V supply and I don't have problems
