Hello everybody ! I just need your opinion ! What must I read to be good and to understand configuring mikrotik routers and mikrotik antennas ?
CCNA does it help ? And if there are 10 pc connected which ip range should i choose ? So don't have packets lost

CCNA is for cisco, you need MTCNA for Mikrotik.
