Load balancing

Hello,
I have two Internet providers. Provider A gives 10 Mb local traffic, provider B gives 10 Mb local and 1 Mb global traffic. I would like to do a routing so, that all local traffic go to provider B, but global traffic to be devided among these providers. Can you advise me anything?

I found these two examples quite informative but unfortunately i have not managed to successfully even make a simple load balancer from a RB750 for two adsl 4mb lines. Hope this helps and if i do come right i will post up my config here :D

those are old approaches with limitations. you must use PCC instead:
