I have a mikrotik RB 1000 rack mounted and 3 different ISPs plugged in.

Actually I use static routes to access internet.

I want to use routing protocols for better performance.

I need to know which routing protocol should I use in my case (BGP, OSFP, RIP) and how to configure it for better access to the internet.
Can somebody give me an example or an explanation?

I have googled my question but I get different responses and I am confused.

That is a pointless exercise. You don't get to pick the routing protocol, you use whatever routing protocol the ISPs offer, since you will have to choose one that they support.

It's exceedingly unlike that they will support anything other than BGP. BGP is the only routing protocol in use today between entities, all other routing protocols are for use within one entity (which will do you no good for "better access to the Internet").

If you are a home user with DSL lines etc. they probably won't want to talk BGP to you, either. It's for larger connections on enterprise circuits, and is not commonly used for SoHo connections.

I don't have dsl lines.

I have fiber connections with the ISPs. I don't know which protocols are supported by ISPs.

What can I do i n this case?

Contact them. The only ones that can answer that question is them - though if they are going to support anything it will be BGP. But since you'll have to talk to them anyway to set that up if it is going to happen you might as well talk to them now.

BGP usually requires you to have an AS, and independent IP space. But it is the only routing protocol to use with an ISP.
