ever seen the manual? simply add a firewall rule with the setting `p2p=all-p2p` and then the action `drop`

/ip firewall filter add chain=? dst-port=? protocol=? action=drop

i need somthing like this to block p2p

u can help me????

if you are talking about caching,
web-proxy provides caching, but you MUST read documentation about web-proxy:
