I am using v5.2 on rb750, implementing pppoe and hotspot both of which are billed through user manager. However the logs on the router frequently give the poll thhat Radius accounting request not sent as below
This is not much of a problem cuz the system runs fine, but I'd like to know the reason as to why this happens.

Is ports for accounting (probably 1813) open on radius server? Is accounting enabled on radius server?

simply increase timeout value in RADIUS settings - your server has high RTT

The issue is cause by user-manager license limitation. Level 4 license allow only 20 active sessions in User-manager; so, after the 19th active session you will start seeing the issue.
Delete all expired sessions that are still listed as active in user-manager and the issue should disappear. If you require more than 20 simultaneous active sessions then it is time to upgrade to license level 5 or even 6.

Not neccessarily true. I have a level 6 license x86 and I'm experiencing the same problems. RB450G and x86 Radius level 6 connected on the same switch, 0ms ping between them, and a LOT of these error messages.
The only thing that helps is increasing the timeout to 3000ms - then I receive an error only once in a few minutes.
The only thing we can think as a reason is that the x86 Radius server with Userman on it is experiencing some problems with writes to the USB flash containing RouterOS and the database.
This has been tried on two different servers with two different flash drives, on two different locations - the behaviour is exactly the same.
Unfortunately I can't try installing the database on a different store, because all our servers are HP with HP Smart Array 5i (cciss driver) and despite the many requests in a separate thread, Mikrotik doesn't support it and they don't tell if they will ever do it.
