pptp routing

Fri Aug 12, 2011 6:45 pm

Hi,

I have just setup the pptp server on my MT and I can connect in via my VPN client on my macbook. I can ping the remote gateway but cannot ping any of the other ip addresses on the remote network(MT). My macbook vpn client is configured not to send all traffic over the remote gw.

I have enable proxy-arp on the MT interface as well.

Do I need to add a static route on the MT?

MT local area network is 192.168.0.0/16 GW 192.168.0.1 pptp local address is 192.168.0.8 remote is 192.168.0.9

Thanks

My macbook vpn client is configured not to send all traffic over the remote gw.
then you need to add a route to 192.168. on your macbook via your vpn
