Recently I have got your product. Functionality of your routeros is very interesting, the setup becomes very easily.
Before I used program Windows Server 2003 and slightly hardware decisions of company CISCO.
At present I use RouterOS the fifth level.
It basically is intended for maintenance safe tunnel with a cisco router through the ipsec tunnel.
All works, only periodically the tunnel crushes, in log I cannot find out any error, after the rebooting routeros it works.
Can u help me to solve these problem.

What version of Mikrotik are you using? I have used version 4.5 with Cicso IPSEC, and it worked very well.
