Voice Problem

Hello Guys
also i have a problem with voice
while i am talking to an msn messenger user who is in my network i have webcam and voice great.
but when i talk to an msn user who is out of our network i hear him good but he /she hears my voice very baaad. can anybody help me or tell the reason of this.
i have enabled upnp and the h232 but should i gie it a port or let it as it is by default.
i mean by bad voice that it breaks a lot and as if a robot is talking .
i am using version 2.8.26

Could be either lack of bandwidth or it could be due to NAT breaking the connections. Try port forwarding the ports for messanger or using a public IP.

well i am not perfect in port forwarding can u explain for me how to do this.

Wouldn't uPNP pretty much take care of any port-forwarding issues?

Yes Upnp works for me, but you have to install latest DirectX form Microsoft
