hai friends,
is it possiable to run xp and router o.s in a single system.

RouterOS will format the HD by default. If you want to run both then run RouterOS in a virtual machine with VMware or VirtualBox.

or other way around, run RouterOS and virtualize other OS in KVM

It goes in diferent order.
First, you ask how to do something
Then, someone tells you to use some option.
After that, you go to Mikrotik online manual (wiki), read all about that option and use it.
If you have some problems or problems to understand manual, then you ask.
Noone wil read manual for you.
