I have a RB750G which was running Version 4.4, yesterday I wanted to upgrade to 5.7 but the end result is that I have a bricked router.
The only LED shining is the Power LED. I tried holding the reset button but it doesn't start to flash. I also tried the other reset button under the rubber foot, also no result.
I can't see the router with winbox and also tried if Netinstall shows something, also no result.
Now I am actually a bit pissed ... this router has no warranty any more, supplier doesn't want to replace it and I have to buy a new one. Now my question is, why should I do that? My router was working perfectly fine but since I wanted to test some sstp stuff which comes with the 5.x version I did a upgrade. Nothing unusual there. So why do I have to pay for a new router now? Very frustrating ...
