Hi Guys,
We need a Mikrotik Administrator who will work remotely.
Admin will take care of a small network in Europe 80~120 users.
Local admin will prepare all HW and you as a experienced admin will manage prepared devices.
He/She will be paid to PayPal account.

Preffered location Vietnam/China/India. Job suitable for experienced students or for all who want to be paid for "networkig" hobby.

Whats needed:
Define a RouterBoard with apropriate performace
There are 2 ISP lines (12/2Mbit & 4.5/0.5Mbits)
Balancing is nice to have, slower line is dsl with with FUP 240BB/month. So mainly used as a backup line. But we can put some users to use also this line. Your suggestions are welcome.
All users are (currently) in one subnet behind NAT
Limit minimal speed per user ~300kbit/s
Limit max speed per user 4Mbit/s
Higher Priority for Web, Skype, Youtube, VoIP -> TBD
Low priority for long/big download, p2p -> TBD
Monthly view - traffic per user
Redirect users with expired account (monthly fee not paid on time) to specific webpage
Activity Logs are need by law. I have to archive all activity for last 6months. (IP,port, from-to, to-from, time)

Future plans:
Hotspot -> paypal implementation

Sounds good, actually a country is just optional. I'm hiring from time to time some SW developers from Taiwan and they are able do magic with limited budged. Could you please sent me your expectations and short info about your experience? I'll check your post to see topic you were trying to solve in this phorum.

Serbians are also able to work hard with limited budget
