Openvpn support mode called "topology subnet" specialy designed to windows clients with dev tun, and solves the limitation of TAP-WIN32 implementation about IP address scheme.

That is supported in openvpn 2.1 (the versión advertised at http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/OpenVPN#Features)
How we can select that option?
