Radius Not Responding

hi frens....
I have read every tutorial...youtube videos...articles in mikrotik sites.....and followed the instructions but still I am stuck in the message RADIUS SERVER NOT RESPONDING..........PLEASE HELP ME YAAAR......ITS BEEN TWO MONTHS I AM TRYING......
my config are as follows..........Mikrotik 5.7
Lan - 10.0.0.1/24
wan- something public ip
setup hotspot, dhcp server, tick the radius....used same 127.0.0.1 on usermanager router setting and /radius in mikrotik.....removed user from hotspot user and add the user in user manager ...........

please help me yaar......my brain is expanding with tensions......

I feel your pain. I was having the same issue and the lack of response from the forums doesn't help. But then again, most of the responders are just fellow users, and all of us have limited time.

Anyway try this.

In the hotspot server profile under the general tab use the actual IP address of the hotspot in the following fields.
Hotspot address:
DNS name:

Also make sure that Incoming is checked on the Radius setup.

thanks bro .... I have successfully done it ...... the problem was I have masquerade the network instead of doing source nat and giving out going interface ....... ...

Hi

I am glad you got the problem solved. I am now battling with what you battled with, please could you explain in more detail how you fixed this?

I currently have a masquerade firewall rule.....
