Hi,
Not sure if this is possible but I figured this is the place to ask to find out. Obviously, Mikrotiks can block websites like Facebook but can they just limit their usage. e.g. I have a customer who wants to use Facebook for marketing but doesn't want the staff on it all day. Everybody needs access to the site but for no longer than about 1 hour/day. He said he used to have it at his old job but I doubt they were using a Mikrotik to do it. Thoughts?

Can't do that with RouterOS. You need something identity aware for that, such as Websense.
