Hello all,

I'd like to eploit wi-fi network by using mikrotik to establish free call to our employees in wifi coverage area.
more: In our campus's we use radio fron senao or some else to call each other but I'd like to make this using Mikrotik and VOIP tech.

How does Mikrotik can help me to do this?

What kind of wifi phones are you using? Are you talking about using voip through cell phones with something like google voice? Or do you have actual wireless IP phones? You need some type of voip service provider which may or may not be free. Using Mikrotik routers will not make your voip calls free or not. Mikrotik just routes the traffic to your server or service provider.

No, Mikrotik is not a VOIP service or server. It just routes the traffic. You need voip phones and voip server/service. You can use Mikrotik in the network infrastructure to route the VOIP traffic to where ever you need it, but you still need VOIP equipment to do the actual VOIP work.

There are too many to name, and it all depends on your needs, users, budget, etc. Can you spend $5? $100,000? It makes a difference.

Anyway, google for Asterisk, FreePBX, and the various flavors. That will at least get you started in your research. You have to do your own research.
