increase throughput on ap

I have a RB433 v 5.8 running in ap bridge mode. Here are my settings on the wireless
Band 2Ghz - B/G/N
Channel Width - 20/40/Mhz HT above
Frequency - 2427
Wireless Protocol 802.11
Freq Mode : manual txpower
Antenna Gain: 6
On the advanced tab
Distance: indoors
On the HT Tab
HT Tx Chains chain 0 and chain 1 are both checked
HT Rx Chains chain 0 and chain 1 are both checked
HT AMSDU limit 8192
HT AMSDU Threshold 8192
HT AMPDU Priorities
0 and 1 are checked
Eth1 is connected to a 1GB switch and dhcp client is enabled on eth1
Bridge is configured on all ports eth1, eth2, eth3 and wlan1
I will have clients connecting over wlan1
I can connect successfully to wlan1 and get a dhcp address and get on the network but the throughput does not seem that good. I have Qcheck tester on a server in the same subnet and I also have the client end on the wireless laptop. When connected thru eht2 or eth3 and I run the Qcheck test I get about 80MBPS, when I go thru wlan1 it drops down to 8-9MBPS. Is there a way to increase the throughput? Thanks for any help or advice.
