RB411 is unable to connect to ubiquiti powerbridgeM5

Fri Dec 23, 2011 2:10 pm

I bought a powerbridgeM5 which i want to use as AP to link two offices together. I configured the PBM5 as the AP and on the other end i used mikrotik RB411 as my CPE which is also 5Ghz antenna. When i scanned the network i could see the SSID of the powerbridgeM5 AP but cannot connect to it.
Can some one tell me if there is anything i am doing wrong?
Your response will be greatly appreciated.

disable airmax, as that's a protocol that only ubnt devices can use.

Hi,

And you have to disable both Nstreme and/or NV2 on the Mikrotik side too.

Mark.

Hi,

I'd look for that info on the ubnt site if I were you :D . They have a forum too.
Since this is a MikroTik user forum, management look dimly upon ubnt support issues/replies made here.

Rgds,
Mark.
