Hi,

Do you have only one internet connection?
Also, is your VoIP server on the inside or outside?

Rgds,
Mark.

Hello Mark,

I have public ip on my voip server and this is connected with mikrotik router with another network so i have two public ip one for network and one for Voip server but i have problem that i can't hear outside network voice but my voice is going outside the my local network its means voip server is working fine in my local network but when i want to connect my voip server with another network then its connected but voice is not coming so i want to know that we need any configuration on my mikrotik router, and i have not any firewall rule or port block, i don't know about the by default configuration for Voip so please tell me about the anything so i can use it in my network.

Under high load "/ip firewall service-port disable sip" , this causes delay in sip traffic initial connection

Regarding your setup, it sounds like u have one way speech, check codecs both ways, check all your sip config etc, check also for sip proxies to use

Good Luck
