Hotspot on 450G

Hi all,
I'm searching solution for my problem. I have routerboard 450G. All working fine, but ... I am trying to setup hotspot with external webpages. Redirecting and sending variables to this web pages working fine, but doesnt work any other webpages.
Example:
User join to my network. It screen message, that is necessary open web browser. After what user open web browser is automaticaly redirected to my external starting web page(where user can fill some form or can follow to any other webpages). And after what user want to go to other webpages, he is still redirecting to this my webpage. So how can I do it, after what user click to some "special" link, he can follow to any other webpages?
Can you please help me, ho to make it? Send some manual, etc...
