I would like to ask you does anybody tryed to form an Access Point with 3 wireless adapters and 3 sectorial antennas.
Each wireless adapter connected to one sectorial antenna, and use same ssid, working all in bridging mode(all wireless adapters).
Please if somebody tryed, explain a little bit configuration used.
Bye

I have not setup an AP cluster that way, but I do see some problems in the setup. I would not make them all the same SIDD. Even with sectors you will have some bleed over on the edges of each sector so some of your clients will not know witch one to associate to, unless you are using client equipment that will know by Mac or channel. We have had this problem with some of our towers that are close with the same SIDD. I would not bridge the interfaces either. That will send all broadcast traffic across all 3 network interfaces. This can eat up bandwidth on a wireless network quickly.
Hope that helps.

We have more than 1 site running with the same SSID. You have to have proper control in the access list. This prevents swopping from one interface to the other and sometimes being registered with both.
Bridging is bad! Nuff said.
