Basic Bridge Commands Failing

I have a USB modem attached to this Mikrotik RB411U. The 3G portion is working perfectly. I want to be able to connect a device to the Mikrotik, get DHCP locally, and have my Internet gateway be the 3G connection. In the past, this has worked with
/interface bridge> add name=bridge1

/interface bridge port> add bridge=bridge1 interface=wlan

/interface bridge port> add bridge=bridge1 interface=VZW
Where VZW is the Name of my PPP connection for the 3G. Now, I get
input does not match any value of interface
I had this working not more than a few weeks ago, now I can't figure out why VZW is not a valid interface. All of my devices are running rOS 5.4.
