Hello,

I purchased a RB 433 UAHL here in Paraguay, because the RB 433 AH I wished was out. When I connect the board on power, so it sounds like a "twitter" for one second untill comes the normal one-beep and later the second two beeps.

With Winbox-call [ ... ] I get the addresses (mac and also standard-IP 192.168.88.1), but if I want to connect I get an error:

RouterOS WinBox Error
Missing RouterOS WinBox plugins

What can I do? The board do not have a com-port for using netinstall. Means it that the board is corrupt or is there any solution? I did not found anything convenient about UAHL in wiki nor in google. Please help me.

I also wrote at Mikrotik-support and hope to get an answer.

I solved the Problem:
It was possible to connect by Webfig. Then I loaded a new ROS by using ftp (Filezilla), Reboot system and now it is working with WinBox.

When you get a 'missing plugin' error, try to connect multiple times. It eventually downloads all the required .dll's and succedes to connect. What is the cause for that, I can't tell, but I hope they solve the issue in new winbox version.

That is something that has happened since the dawn of times with winbox.
It happens with routeros.dll i think (because it's the biggest).
It happens mostly with trying to connect through mac, ans it's not a big problem as far as i know. I remember a workaround has been discussed in this forum for the times when this problem persist and whatever you do you can't connect to the router (something about finding routeros.dll in the hard drive of your pc and deleting it).

Thank you for answer me. What ever - I solved the problem, but the board still is defect. I was able to install an actual ROS and winbox was working. But when I started to configure all 5 minutes break down the connection, the board rebooted, works some minutes and so on.
But it was new and so I gave it back and will get another one next week. Ordered a 433 AH and hope they will have now.

Do you know if this is an often problem with the L-series? It was the first time I bought one. Never before I had problems like this.
