Hi,

I am running mikrotik with Free RADIUS server but i found that my some users are disconnecting multiple times without any changes in the system , the users are connected via cable properly but without any reason they are getting disconnected after any point of time & reconnecting automatically , in a one day this happen more then 200 times...

I cheked cables, crimping , wireless basic router at customer side and everything but didnt find anything, so can any one advice the reason of the same ??

have you checked voltage and power line?

it sounds like a bad electric system to me, with a lot of fluctuation.

Try to see if the situation changes when using a power filtered socket.

Thank you for prompt response but the same is running since long without any issue and working well also....suddenly all are stopping.... as well customers are connected from diffirent areas, where power voltage and everything are at diffirent area ??

Is it always from the same part of the network? Maybe there is packet loss somewhere.
