IP address from MK pool cannot browse

Mon Jun 11, 2012 7:26 pm

I have a network that is running Hotspot everything is working well, but my challenge is that each client that comes into the network is given 2 IP address and its causing ip shortage on the network. The configuration is as follows:
on the HS interface 10.10.40.0/23 is configured and from the same block of IPs i created Pools for different package plans we setup in our radius manager. I noticed that when clients comes in to hotspot they are given 10.10.40.x and after authentication from RM they are given another 10.10.41.x from the IP Pool setup in MK. I tried to replace the MK pool with 192.168.142.0/23, although i was able to obtain able to get 192.168.142.x after authentication but it was unable to browse.
Please i need someone to help me out for this configuration.
Attach is the configuration on my MK RB493 router.

it's because you're using 'address-pool' in User Profiles. set it to 'none'
