Windows file sharing between two interface(wireless and lan)

So the main problem is that I have NOT file sharing between LAN and wifi (wlan1) interface!
For exmaple:
Pc1 win7 have:192.168.50.1 ip address (lan ethernet)
laptop win7 have 192.168.60.1 ip address (wlan1)
I can ping from PC1 ip address 192.168.60.1
I can ping from laptop ip address 192.168.50.1

But when I try to ping with computer name:
ping pc1
or
ping laptop
I have timeout! WHY?

Second problem is that I can not access windows file sharing. Can not browsing PC.
When I go to windows network through windows explorer the comuters won''t appears in list!
Why?
What do I need to do to have file sharing and computer browsing?
Firewalls on booth PC and laptops are disabled!

It is important for me that all wifi devices which connect to wlan gets ip from pool different than LAN pool!

Here is my config:
/interface> print
Flags: D - dynamic, X - disabled, R - running, S - slave
# NAME TYPE MTU L2MTU MAX-L2MTU
0 R LAN ether 1500
1 R ADSL ether 1500

This is not a problem with the Mikrotik. For the NetBIOS name service to work on different subnets you will need to setup a WINS server.

Correct. I think you can also setup a WINS server in Linux if you need to.

You could force all users to use DNS in the router and manually assign names. But this won't help seeing other machines in network neighborhood.

Is this not finished work in mikrotik or bug?

It's neither. It is not designed to be a wins server.

btw, Network Neighbourhood requires single broadcast domain, so it won't work between different subnets even with WINS

convert your network to bridged one, with one IP subnet for all computers

You do not need WINS to get Netbios to work correctly. WINS should never ever ever ever ever be used for system that run Windows XP or above. They do not need it.

The issue in this case is most lightly the DNS or PC. My guess is that there PC are not part of a AD domain?
If they are please make sure that they can register to the DNS.
Can you access on IP level? \\192.168.60.1 ?? If not make sure that Netbios over TCP/IP is activated on the PC.

If you are not part of a domain the Win7 firewall is the issue. If you have different subnet the firewall will block CIFS (SMB) from diffrent subnet. Turn off the local firewalls on the PC. If you have antivirus install with a firewall please make sure that is off as well.

There are no issues to have clients on different subnet and access CIFS (SMB). I have a DMZ network where I have a few Windows Servers and I can access them on IP level \\ipaddress without a problem.

So I bet my ass on that this is not a ROS config issue ;-) (unless you have a firewall between the subnets)
