Internal ip-router: 192.168.30.118/24
Internal ip device: 192.168.30.11/24
Port to connect to the device via telnet: 5001

Drawing Network Diagram: img3
tried to adjust, port forwarding is not happening. The router to more of these rules, do not set

Hi,

if you are using this port forward from outside to inside you can put incoming interface so that rule can be more specific... Put rule at the top and see the counter? does packets are passing through that rule? if does, does the local device know how to return traffic back?

What exactly can be more options? The source address can be different.

I used a sniffer and packet counter looked at the rules. When you try to join me in sniffer and see who comes in the counter package, but I do not see him with the outgoing interface that same package with the required port. In consequence, I have come to observe that the rules are not working properly

Is 77.77.77.250 assigned to the WAN of the router? If the router doesn't know to listen for that public IP, it cannot forward it since it never gets that information in the first place.

77.77.77.250 is the personal address of the router in the world, established on the first interface
