Well, You seem to have left out some important info about your problem:
1) Are you using a radius server or the build in acls?
2) Did you turn on {/system logging} for the hotspot ... it should show if you are having issues with it there.
3) Does it say you had a password/username error?
4) Which version are you running? 2.8.x or 2.9.11? If not 2.9.11 upgrade and try again ;-)

Now, it all is presumed to be as should be ... is this the default page or did you make your own? If you made your own ... again more data is needed :-)

Assuming that it is the default, then you need to make sure that in the:
{ /ip hotspot user }
You have the accounts you want to login in with ... else you need radius, and that is a whole other ball of tricks.

One last thing to help make sure that all is well ... setup a walled garden to see if you can get to where you want to go ... do something easy like:
{/ip hotspot walled-garden add dst-host=":^www\\.google\\.com$" action=allow }

And if you can get there then you know that your problem is with the ACLs/Radius ... if you can't then you know that you have routing/hotspot issues.

Hello, let me answer your questions

1) Are you using a radius server or the build in acls?

am using the build in acls

2) Did you turn on {/system logging} for the hotspot ... it should show if you are having issues with it there.

where to I fine the 'system log in'

3) Does it say you had a password/username error?

No,it did not show any password or user name error but after filling the pasword and user ID,its responds and goes blank i.e you have to put your password and Id again

4) Which version are you running? 2.8.x or 2.9.11? If not 2.9.11 upgrade and try again Wink

upgraded to v2.9.4

/system logging add topics=hotspot action=memory

upgraded to v2.9.4
Same suggestion as before ... go to 2.9.12 atleast, cause there were lots of stuff fixed up through there ... haven't tried 2.9.13 yet ... so couldn't speak it's stablility etc.
