I had two questions. One was why the CPU monitor in TheDude is always down. I know SNMP is enabled because I'm using a different software package to monitor SNMP without issue. But when I add in the service monitor for cpu it is listed as down. Also, when I discover the services on the router (RB1100 running 5.14) I don't see the cpu service. Maybe a package needs to be enabled on the router?

Secondly...and I shouldn't do this in a post, I know...can firmware be upgraded via TheDude?
