Bandwidth shapping problem

Mon Nov 05, 2012 5:08 pm

Hello,

First of all i very much thankful for supporting us,

Iam have x86 with 3 interfaces , ether1 WAN and the other two are LAN's

my problem is i had a file server on ether2 with a public ip X.X.X.X gateway Y.Y.Y.Y and this must be served to both the lan interfaces, i need to restrict each local ip client with 2mbps to the file server. i mangled the connections and wrote queue tree .

But it was not restricting the clients with local ip , all the connections are made with the fileserver public ip gateway Y.Y.Y.Y

please help

Thanks,
Sathish
