I have 9mikrotik server in a ring topology with a hotspot and usermanager configured on it. This is a school network. I want users from one mikrotik server to be able to loggin in another mikrotik server.How can I achieve this without having to manually update the mikrotik server. Thank you all.

Use the mikrotik with Userman and hotspot confugred as central GW for all other Access point.
On other MKs just setup APs (no hotspot!) and route traffic through your main MK which will act as a hotspot.
