I have a LAN with ip address 192.168.32.0/24 which give Mikrotik Wan Ip of 192.168.32.10 and the Lan ip is 192.168.16.0/24 network. I have some cisco switch on the LAN which i have given ip address 192.168.16.2,3,4,5. how can I from 32. network have access to the cisco switch on the LAN network.I can access devices on the wan network from Lan. Please any help will be appreciated.

Adjusts your firewall and nat setting to accommodate

I didn't configure any firewall or nat. The nat is already configured on cisco router.Thanks
