I and having problems logging into RB433AH/RB493 routers using my Ipad 3 IOS6. Using the inbuilt Safari browser I get the login page and I can sign in with my user id and password and everything works ok. If I then browse to a different router and then go back to the first router and try to sign in again I get the login page returned with the message "Internal Server Error" in red. This is happening with a all of MT routers we have. Im using RouterOS V5.19

Same here. RouterOS version 5.21 and on 6.0rc6
iOS 6.0.2
Tried several mobile browsers and get the same result. Works fine the first time. Then I logout and into a different router. Logout and try the first router - now I just get ERROR internal server error from Webfig.

Based on the variety of browsers and different Webfig versions, I'm guessing Apple would say its a MT problem and Mikrotik will say its an Apple problem.
We may be stuck with this one for awhile.

I have discovered that using Chrome for iOS 6 works with webfig.

The same thing with Chromium 33 on linux.
I got RB951Ui-2HnD. It came with 6.0rc14, and I had WebFig without any problems.
Some days ago I read about «heartbleed bug» and decided to upgrade. After upgrade I constantly see this:

Password I enter is definitely correct. WinBox (runs in WINE environment) works ok with this password.
I cleared cookies in my browser – still no success.

The password is definitely right, it is accepted in WinBox (even while running in WINE environment). Moreover, when I enter a wrong password, I get obvious «Authentication failed: invalid username or password.» error.
I cleared my cookies, still no success.

Although not on an ipad, I'm getting this with Chrome on my Mac after upgrading to my rb2011 to v6.13
Works fine with Firefox (which is unfortunate as I'm moving away from it)

Hope a fix will be found soon.

I'm seeing this also, but on Firefox. Curiously, if I launch a private window and try from there, the interface works fine. I've tried clearing cookies already.

In my case, this happened immediately following an upgrade from 5.25 to 6.15. Before upgrade, it worked fine. After, it did not.

You've cleared cookies, but did you clear cache ?

I've just upgraded from 5.xx to 6.25 and got this issue. I am trying to log in using OS X 10.10 and Safari 8.0.3. Didn't tried other browser so far. SSH works fine.

As for me, I see no idea behind clearing browser cache - error states this is an internal server error?

However - anything new on that? Almost a year from the last post.

Regards,

R.

I was in the exact same situation: upgraded from 5.xx to 6.25 and login to WebFig on Safari broke with Internal Server Error. SSH login worked fine as well as login using Firefox browser.

I have noticed that there is another upgrade available. I have upgraded to 6.26 and the problem is fixed. I can login with Safari now.

Confirming, that 6.26 fixed this issue.

Thank you.

was going to +1 for fixing this issue. Same error here. running LinuxMint 17.3, Chrome 49, MikroTik 450G, RouterOS 6.34.4

Then I upgraded the firmware to latest 3.24, rebooted and all was well. Maybe this will work for others?
