HotSpot, RADIUS -> Disable and disconnect a user

Hi, I have a RB1200 with 3 Hotspots on eth2-4 who is sharing one RADIUS-server/User Manager (on the same box), behind each interface I have alot of bridged APs.
User authentication and accounting is working smoothly, but I have problem disabling users... I go to User Manager -> Users and disable the user, but the user can still access WAN. I have also tried to disconnect the user by removing him under "A sessions". The only way I am able to remove the internet access is by logging in to Winbox and removing the user under IP->Hotspot->Active (then the user gets "thrown out" and need to retype username/password).
I have enabled CoA under User Manager->Router->Radius Incomming (CoA port 1700) and also an the access points (with the same port)
My RADIUS-servers authentication port is 1812 and the accounting port is 1813...
Going through Winbox is an acceptable solution, yet not the best. Any one have a clue? Have I missed something?
