RX/TX on dual antennas

Hi all,
as you know there are some limitations to the TX power but no limitation to the RX gain. So I am exploring some asymmetrical solutions. One of these is the Nstreme2 where 2 cards are used: one for RX one for TX. But I Was also considering some other solutions for example using the ubiquiti SR5 cards where 2 connectors are available (I don't know if you can use both at the same time). So I Was wondering if someone has tested similar solutions where the radio sub system has 2 connectors one for RX and one for TX.
Another question: can anybody suggest some good (expensive) minipci cards with high RX gain?
P.S. We already tested the Linksys WRT54
Thank you.
