Hello,
i was playing with the routeros configuration via winbox and messed it up.
I'm a newbie at mikrotik so excuse my way to describe my problem. I bought my router preconfigured. It was on version 6.0rc5 and working ok, then i desided to upgrade to 6.0rc7. I did this with auto upgrade. I think it worked. After that i reupdated the same version by dragging and dropping the npk packages of the all_packages_x86 torrent to winbox and rebooted. After that it was messed up. The time gone to 1970 and the http://ip/userman page start give me 404 error. Tryed to find a way to fix that and desided to uninstall the usermanager package from "system/packages" and had in mind to reinstall it. I uninstalled ntp too and then the time is correct. But usermanager isnt installing. I drag drop it at the files dir of winbox and reboot but it doesnt install it.
Any help on how to reinstall it would be great. Thanks

try with "system" "packages" downgrade and install earlier version all packeges

go to system package,

select userman to uninstall now reboot

As i warned i am a noob on mikrotik so the problem was caused because of that. I was just using wrong version of packages for my device... i was using x86 and my mikrotik is mipsbe.
