please help me friend how i can up 100-150 mbps if it is possible ---

What is your signal level? Why do you use Omni antennas to connect two devices, you should use Panel type in this case

I have same issue
with panel antennas at a lot closer distance my links are PtMP
Signal is 55 and Noise is 112
LoS is clear

the data bandwith depends on
1- tx/rx power of the wireless card
2- the dbi of the antenna ( sector antenna is better )
3- the wireless protocol ( in mikrotik the nv2/nstrem = perfect link )
4- the rx/tx ccq
5- signal to noise value
6- noise floor threshold

CCQ -80-90 --siqnal 65-60 db --- Which antenn i can used with RB800 and R52n-m cards ?? who can configure mikrotik that it can send 100-150 mbps to 3-4 km distance ?

use panel or grids and certainly not OMNI's for such close range.
Use the 40Mhz channel width and wireless "n"
noise floor 112 shows some interference at ur site so try and choose the best freq.
use Nv2, with 802.11 it still has a tendency to connect at 65.0 mbps or so.
NV2 takes it beyond 200.0 mbps

always i use omni (( i have antenna Company Interline -"panel 23" 5 GHZ 23 dbi -- it can send good mbps ??
