slow-browsing

hi everybody
we have a network based on mikrotik routerboards but we have a problem with some of our customers they have good download speed but very slow browsing . what could cause this ? i use same dns add that works good for everybody else , could bad wireless config cause that ?

A bad visibility, low power transmitter and/or receiver, too many other wireless devices being near and on the same or near channels...
Yep... a bad wireless configuration is probably it.

There can be many different reasons, just as boen_robot said. If your customers use Windows, try disabling 'Automatically detect settings' option in Control Panel>Internet Options>Connections>Lan settings.

slow browsing can be caused by high latency. Therefore it might be worth to check ping times from a customer's device to the gateway and separately from a customer's wiresless router to the gateway. If you post a diagram of your network it would be easier to give you some advice.

I have the same problem, downloading is fast while browsing is slow.
I did remove all queues and make it very basic setup. like hotspot with IP binding (80 clients) one rule as NAT.
but the speed of browsing is slow.
can anyone help please

Maybe slow or overloaded dns. Try to use pubic dns right on users computer. If it makes difference check your dns servers.
