I have 2 of your glands CCR1036 and they both behave the same way

That screenshot shows that only one link has traffic. But how do you test it? What is the source and destination mac addresses of packets? If it is from the same source or to the same destination then everything will go over one link only

I have raised between the switch RIP
in the switch there is no functional load-balanser DST-IP SRC-IP which you can use mikrotik balanser?
