Bandwidth test for linux

Is there a bandwidth tester like the one we can have for Windows, but for linux?

All of our base station runs on Mikrotik and our CPE are linux. A band width test tool would be really useful in order to test the real link speed between the client and the AP.

Thanks

hmm, yes wine it the solution to all problems.
but installinge wine on a high secures core router, that handel 200-300 connections, is not a good idear

using a singel program like BTtest, can be done in a secure manar.
but as that is propritari routerOS is not ISP frendly.

we have been forced to install a RB1000 in our location that is only used for testing. :-(.......
