BW shaping by port

I have purchased RB750 in order to shape two office LANs by port in order to assign 75% of BW to office LAN1 and 25% office LAN 2. Is there any beginners manual where I can refer or can someone help?

I have seen the link you have send me. It is a general link which needs days to figure out. I need specific document that can describe what I want. Could you please advise a specific link or manual for reference.
