Groove 5hn and ethernet issue!

Hi,
After a problematic groove 5hn witch did not connected to any wireless interface, I've got a new one.
This has a specific problem. It not working with ethernet cable longer than 4-5 meters. With small cables seems ok. But when I connect it to the roof in a distance of 25 meters (or any other length other than 2-3 meters) it beeps once, twice, the first led goes on, off, but never on again, and of course I cannot communicate with it from winbox (Also it not turns on the switch led witch is connected to groove).
I have tested it in many other sites witch are working properly, with many Ethernet cables, PoE, and Power Supplies (24v, 18v etc). Nothing. It only became connectable when the ethernet cable is not more than 3-4 meters.
Any suggestions?
