Enable NTP client

Wed Mar 20, 2013 2:58 pm

Hi there,

I'm using Rouster OS 5.16 and I can't see my clock synched with NTP client I've set up:

I'm having this:
[admin@AP] /system ntp client> print
        enabled: yes
           mode: unicast
    primary-ntp: 193.204.114.105
  secondary-ntp: 193.204.114.233
  poll-interval: 16s
  active-server: 193.204.114.233
[admin@AP] /system ntp client> /system clock print
            time: 01:05:04
            date: jan/07/2000
  time-zone-name: Europe/Rome
      gmt-offset: +01:00
      dst-active: no
What's wrong?

Try another server, for example 91.90.234.19 (pool.ntp.org)

try to set different NTP server, see if that works. Is these addresses from ntp.org server pool, if so, check if you have "load-balanced" away to different server.
