Please tell me for select device in 10 km with 15 MB bandwidth .

Mikrotik doesn't have a ready made product for that range yet, maybe never...
You could buy a pair of Groove and 2 grids and you would have more than 15mbps, maybe more than 50mbps.

you ABSOLUTELY don't know what you are talking about.
Standard 802.11a/b cards with 26-30dB antennas have been suitable for 80km already for almost 10 years. Well, since their very first beginning. No megawatts needed, plain stupid 100mW mini-pci card can reach 80km with mentioned antenna.

AR92xx MIMO 2x2 Atheros card & 60Mhz channel width in wlan configuration. I will chose Atom board, but for 120-130Mbps (~15MB / s) RB800 shuld be enough
