PBX with 2 ISP - IP-PBX can only send to one IP address

I have dual WAN's for redundancy and Panasonic NCP500 (IP-PBX) connected on LAN port.
Problem is that the NCP500 needs static IP address. I was told this can be done with two 1:1 NAT in the Mikrotik
Can onyone please help me get this to work?
Extra info:
WAN1 provides me with static IP1
WAN2 provides me with static IP2
I am only using WAN1 (WAN2 is disabled). When WAN1 is down, WAN2 will be enabled, WAN1 disabled and Miktrotik will be rebooted and vice versa if WAN1 is up again. Failover script checks every 20 secs.
The NCP500 needs to know its static IP, so I put in IP1 and all works fine, however when WAN1 is down, the NCP500 needs to be reprogrammed by changing its static IP to be IP2. The following text was sent to me by my SIP provider to solve this issue:
You accomplish this by having your Mikrotik perform two 1:1 NATs, one from your WAN1 provider's IP address and the other from your WAN2 provider's IP address. Internally, you need to provide the instructions to your router that it has destination NAT based rules. Thus if it receives an SIP OPTIONS request from our switch over your WAN1 provider's IP address, it must return the packet through the NAT translation for your WAN1 link. The same logic applies to you WAN2 link.
So, I assume the NCP500 needs to be configured with a static IP like: 10.10.10.10 and Mikrotik must route this to either WAN1 or WAN2. How do I do that?
Kind regards, Gary
