I think I hosed my installation, forwarded all TCP ports...

I was setting up a NAT rule to allow access on a port to a device, and accidentally hit save before I entered the ports. I'm fairly certain that I've now forwarded ALL tcp ports from all addresses on my "SAFE" list to 10.0.0.46. I'm fairly certain I can restore from a backup but I'm also fairly certain some changes I've made recently won't be reflected in the back. Can anyone think of anyway to gain access to the device so that I can remove the NAT rule?

What device is this? Does it have a serial port? If so, you can access the setup that way. It isn't affected by the firewall.

It's a RB751, sorry thought I included that. Unfortunately no serial port. If I do a reset will it clear everything on the router? I definitely have a recent backup stored there but if its going to be wiped I only have one from a few months ago on my pc

I just found this solution! Yes this worked, I am back online now. Thank you for the reply it would have saved my ass if I didn't find it a few minutes ago. I gave you karma and just saved my backup to Dropbox. Hours of hell were just removed from my life.
